Bedroom
Each bedroom includes a bed, pillow, fresh linens, duvet, chair, desk, window, closet, safe, mini fridge (Yorkville only) and hangers.

Bathroom
Shared bathroom = 3 or 4 students maximum
Semi-private bathroom = 2 students maximum
Private bathroom = 1 student only

Kitchen
Includes fridge, stove, oven, pans, microwave, mixer, french-press coffee maker and cutlery. Cutlery is shared and students get a set of plates and glasses.

Bedding
Fresh clean linens and bedding are provided at check-in. Students are responsible for washing their sheets after check-in.
Laundry
Each property has laundry on-site or a laundromat closeby. Please confirm upon booking.

Select apartments have recreational rooms that are accessible and may offer a pool table, couch, TV, aerobic room and BBQ. Please confirm upon booking.

Noise
Residents are required to respect all other residents and maintain a level of noise that does not disturb others. No loud music or sounds are allowed after 11 p.m.

Smoking
All facilities and resident rooms are smoke-free.

Minimum weeks
A 4-week minimum stay is required. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in / Check out
Check-in is anytime after 4 p.m. / Check-out is before 10 a.m.
